Venue specific equipment

I.T.S. can tailor specific equipment to ensure pristine integration with the decor and also efficient in its operation to ensure quicker set up and turn around time. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and increase the amount of onsite equipment to reduce the amount of equipment transported from our warehouse.

Local knowledge

All of our technical staff will become familiar with the procedures of the venue and are fully versed in the working of the Banquet team.ITS. gets to know you and your venue to become an integral part of your banquet sales team. We can provide detailed reports, floor plans and vital information to the sales team to help with their forecasting and monthly reports.

Installation Service
ITS. offers an Installation Service Report (ISR), which will enable you to take your venue into the future with client friendly  easy to use systems. Depending on your requirements ITS. offer a range of options including:

• Sales and installation of audio visual technology to your venue
• Leasing plans
• Leasing and or Service Agreement plans
